got my blade box setup but HD channels are low and how to move channels into groups

Hi all i got my blade bm7000s box set up today but when i turn it over to HD channels are low in sound is there a setting anywhere and how do i move channels because some are missing from the groups i have

to increase the sound, press AUDIO on remote, then go to Audio Track ( i think) and just highlight "HIGH"

Go to ALL Satts, and you should find the missing channels

is there any way to move channels back into groups

try going into MENU via remote, then there should be an option there for moving channels and Favourites

ok i have been gave a program its called clarke tech editor studio to sort channels out have you used it before

i use ndf channel editor, its on the blade website.

Do I need to blind scan first and then put it onto my usb

best and easiest option would be to;

MENU>BLADE ONLINE>UK ASTRA 28.2E> then select your region, then select Normal DB

that way, no need to scan for channels

Looks like the low audio problem can be fixed with the latest firmware
