Grogbuild ATV 6.1 cable only build for H5.2tc, H7C and H4

Hi grog, quick one, for some reason sky arts hd isn’t clearing, from what I can tell this is only hd channel not clearing. This is not a big problem for me personally but I get twitchy when something is down as next time it could be something more crucial like sports. I get suspicious that the v police are trying something out on a less popular channel before rolling it out. Is there a simple explanation to allay my fears?

Hi Grog.
The ITV, ITV HD and ITV+1 on the cable bouquet channels are fine.
It's the ITV Granada, ITV Granada HD and ITV Granada +1, on the satellite bouquet that are all missing picons. Gather it's related to the 'Granada' suffix?

quick question and this has been driving me mad

trying to update autobouquet maker but it says "failed to tune on tuner c" so i made a redundant and tried to just use b and said the same about b

any knowledge of this error " failed to tune on tuner c and/or b" its stopping me from updating by bouquets

any help much appreciated

This is more than likely a line or signal issue.

Oh ffs bloody satellite/cable using different names, let me look to see if there is a way round this.

Check your netID is correct in ABM -> providers.

I can't figure out why there is no icon, there isn't one on my box either for my local tv region which is the box that I use to generate the channel list for the picon generaton, it should be using the itv logo. All I can think of is that sky have changed something, ie recently sky 1 changed to sky one and the picons took a day or two to get updated, I wonder if it's the similar here, albeit not so obvious.

Not sure what it is but I also have h1 on vix on a different line/provider and won’t clear on that either. Is this channel still broadcast in hd?

I've never used one on these boxes but sure if you start a thread asking the question someone who's used both sd card and usb stick will give their opinion

Check your picon folder you should have the file bbconenwest.png which is the bbc one north west picon.

As for the granada picon it's really getting to me, my picon set was generated primarily for cable but trying to include the sat channels as well. I've tried using the info @dsayers2014 gave me above but for some reason it's still not giving me all the picons for all itv regional channels on satellite, what you can do is try copying the itv.png to itvgranada.png in the picon folder.
 
Im thinking about installing Grogbuild ATV 6.1 cable only for H5.2tc on my H2H as i believe it has been said that it works on the H2H? Please correct me if im wrong?

Im currently using Bioheads image cable only.

If i use this build on my H2H and set my line up with mgcamd_1.38r1 just like i have on bioheeads image will this resolve the NAR issues?

I moved from bioheads cable only image. For your h2h use the h2h image. I have done the same for my h2h box. For my H5.2tc box I have used the H5.2tc image from the website. Pretty self explanatory.

And yes it does fix the NAR audio issue
