Sorry to start off on here with a noob question.
Ok so heres how it is.
I have an amiko alien 8900. I also have a file from my line supplier thats in "newcamd.list" format.
In general im pretty technical, but getting solid info in one place with all the software thats needed is proving bit of a nightmare.
Currently running the box on spark. Can someone help me out with the best plugin to use, how to configure the line etc.
I will move over to enigma 2 when i have found a good image. Installed a few but not 100% on them yet.

Just to add, I have no issues using DCC etc to access the box via FTP. Box i got was bare bones with no additional software installed. So I really am starting from scratch. I chose the amiko because it seems a decent starter box with a twin tuner. Depending how it goes with s*y, I will upgrade at a later date. Seems I was late to the party. :beg:
