hi everybody i have had my box a while now but all of a sudden the remote has stopped working i have replaced remote with a brand new one changed batteries etc still no luck.

what i wanted to ask is if anybody knows anyone that fixes them or tries to at least getting bored of using phone as remote.

you can get a new one quite cheaply remote-control

Ah I see you already got a new one, how old is the box is it still under warranty?

To double check your remotes, aim it at your camera phone. You will see the infra-red diode flash when you press and hold a button if it is working.

There is a chance that it could be the ir receiver on the box. Does the phone remote work through WI-Fi?

Yeah and can you change channel in Openwebif ok?

i can use my phone remote via wifi to control box will try the camera trick and let you all no will probs jusf end up in bin
