H.2H Signal poor on some channels

if on 0% suggest nothing on that transponder, back to netid again lol as you not said where and what you use.
The glitchy channels are at 56% sometimes less. The rest are at between 60 - 75% and are glitch free.

Using my H5.2tc most channels are at 80% - all channels are glitch free.

I live in the Sedgley area of Dudley. Netid is set the same on both boxes - 40973 Wolverhampton 1.

It was only Channel 4HD that was on 0%. Today it's around 50% and glitching like mad.

Dudley TW 40973 131.000
Wolverhampton NTL / TW 40973 131.000 6.952

now you see why things differ two different providers

reason i said dudley could you try a non abm on tw 40973 on frequency 131.000 and do a manual scan and see what comes up ,if a no go then other wolves must be yours.

I'll give it a try mate. How do I enter it manually. In Tuner configuration it only lets me add the first 5 digits (40973) so can't add 131.000

Richmnd upon Thames TW 40979 531.000 6.952
Runcorn NTL EX C&W 41048 666.750 6.952
Rugby NTL 00016 803.000
Sedgley Wst Midlnds TW 40973 6.952
Seven Kings Ex C&W 41050 666.750 6.952
Shefild TW 40963

Well, as you want to do a manual scan, i'd say the part that says 'Manual Scan' or is that not showing on yours?

I want to manual scan 40973 6.952.

Yes I have the manual scan option but how do I scan for Sedgley Wst Midlnds TW 40973 6.952

I've never done a manual scan before but it should just be a matter of going into manual scan, adding those details and hitting start or scan or similar.

Are you connected to anything else as well as the router? if so, i'd say plug it straight into the router and test again and if it's within tolerance, yes - a powered splitter may help but if it's the same with the wire plugged straight into the modem then give VM a call and tell them to check your levels as they're below tolerance.
