H2H glitching, freezing

I have the best cables and splitters, have snr on h2h of 77% this has been happening since i got the box 6 months ago.

Superhub downstream power levels normal??

tried modem mode, still crap seems to be more troublsome on fta channels

How are you splitting it

using tracktec 2 way splitter that virgin supplied

I got a h4 there not so long again. When I first set it up. It ran like rubbish at the start
Reflashed it to more up to date firmware it ran great

Worth looking at

using 2 1m cables wf100 from splitter to modem and box

tried lots of firmwares no luck mate

finaly sorted it out, was using splitter to spliter from downstairs to upstairs, to tv to modem. Used a straight connector downstairs straight to upstair splitter this sorted my issuess it never gave me better power levels tho..

Your power levels are already at optimum levels so I can't see a way of improving them?
