H2H Picture freezing after 5-10 seconds

Hi All, my picture keeps freezing after around 5-10 seconds and i have to change channel and go back for it to start working again then it just does the same again.

Happens on both HD and SD channels.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? My friend has the same box and his is the same.

Is there a fix?

cable or satelite?

is it happening on free to air channels (1 to 5 sd on cable) as well as premium channels?

Cable, I am not 100% and I am currently in work so cannot check until I get home but will let you know a little later.

I know for certain it does it on all sports and movie channels.

Just asked a friend to check and he said it does it on all channels. 1-5 HD, but 1-5 SD work fine

what cam is in use and are you using wifi?

Using CCcam on these boxes. no direct via ethernet.

My guess is that you are both using the same supplier/provider and this is the cause of the problems, try a different supplier and see if t's any better.
1-5 in sd don't need a line, 1-5 hd do
