Cable H2h signal issue transponder frequency ?

Hi
ive just got a h2h virmin only
tuner A is disabled
tuner B is set correctly
net id is set to 00008 as Nottingham
having trouble getting a signal as per image
the transponder setting can be changed,there's many choices. Could this be a problem and require

You don't need to go into tuner settings, just make sure AutoBouquetsMaker is setup correctly.

and you do have a live feed coaxial cable going into box as well as a lan cable? when you mentioned a signal issue.

Yeah the feed goes into RF with an adapter on. Lan also connected and the box is seeing that on.
When trying to scan on bouquets it's says tuner failed or lockout.

Do you know the cable is connected up inside the VM cabinet?

The cable works ok on original box.

This usually means a connection issue.
Are you using any splitters? Is your broadband with VM or another supplier?

Has it ever worked? Have you put your netid into auto bouquet maker as well?

If you post with what image/build you are using and how you have your box setup then it will be easier to help you out.

looking at that jpg might suggest your trying to manual scan 1 transponder with no signal?on original box get the netid frequency and provider and enter those into box .
