They should be Tratec / Technetix, or possibly Labgear (available from screwfix) all the rubbish sold on ebay doesn't work very well for VM cable

Ok thanks. Let me have a look. In the mean time I just noticed that even itv1 1 HD freezes. So it looks like it' not only the premum channelson your modem there will be a username and password, or a settings password, use it to log in to 192.168.0.1

Yes I have virgin BB. I have a TiVo box downstairs so I will check to see if that' working. But the h2h box has no signal coming through to ithave you got VM BB ?
they may have disconnected your cable for someone else otherwise.

The set up was done few months ago. Very annoying why all of a sudden I've got no signalProbably an issue with your splitter and/or cable wiring to the box

If it clears up then you'll need to check/replace the connectors and splitter.
If it was an issue with your line, your channels 1-5 SD wouldn't be freezing
