H2S drops connection at the same time every day

Apologies if this is a daft question but at the same time every day for the last 4 days my zgemma has been dropping connection. I've made no significant changes. No issues with my internet as it only seems to affect the zgemma but whatever I'm watching will cut off. No supplier issue etc it's very weird.

Any idea what might be causing it? Thinking I might just reformat the receiver and start from scratch.

Check if box is set to do any updates at that time, ie - iptv list or epg update.

what way is box wired up with services and tuners?

Just for clarification, when you say "drops connection", do you mean from your local network/IPTV supplier/Internet/CS supplier/Router/ etc. ?

Does it happen when watching FTA/CS channels/IPTV channels ?

All this info will help us all narrow it down to what may be the problem.
