Just spent the last 2 hours following your instructions to the letter, still the same outcome. Could the box be faulty?

Just one last question, I'm going to contact the seller, am I right in thinking that this box has never been flashed as it was sold as fully setup as free to air vix image + sly skin + 7 days EPG + tsmedia + kodi. Just so I know where I stand cheers

not sure if this is right but you could try anyway

turn off receiver with button on back of receiver
put usb stick in back of receiver with the firmware you are trying to flash
hold power button on the front of recciver
turn on receiver with button at back

see if that works

if its brand new zgemma, the default channels will be german, so you will therefore not get a picture. You have to setup your box for 28.2 and do a channel scan.
