h5.2tc freeze problem

Hi can anyone help with or had same problem,
channel freeze after been on for a while by red button on handset on to standby then back on it works again also if channel does not start by doing same it will start this is on iptv does not do it on sat channels, any help would be great.

Hi I am using atv 6.2 and wooshbuild infinity I wonder if box may overheat as turning of and on gets it back thanks.
