Noticed today when I record say s*ly sports 1 and change channel most other channels break up on turner c any ideas ?

Bought the the box off provider and he set it up so don't think it's that

Picture break on recordings can be caused by single tuner lines being "overused" or you have a signal issue.
Can you test the receiver at someone else's house to confirm its not a signal issue

I have a legit v6 box with 6 tuners and that's all working fine

Try a test line then to confirm that the server is not at fault.
Just request a test line that is suitable for a twin tuner.
If after testing with another server then it could be a faulty tuner

I have a legit v6 box with 6 tuners and that's all working fine

Have you got both in the cabling at once? Might not be an issue for you but it played havoc when I had my official box, my cable box and the router all on at once.
