*UPDATE* Automatic scan has got the channels working, apart from the freeview 1's itv bbc1 bbc2 etc..

Surely im not the only 1 in my area having these issues

That's assuming the issue is not local to you, ie your set up/cables etc,

try Menu -> setup -> service searching -> Autobouquets Maker -> Providers and make sure the Netid is correct and then press green button. Now select Update Config and then start a scan. Grogbuild is a few weeks old so chances are abm config needs updating

I've just text my mate who's got same setup as me, live's half a mile away and his Bouquets arent updating either, ive told him not to delete and re-scan as it's torture haha

Provider is set to 41003 Carlisle, config didnt need updating and it failed to tune :( im at a loss :'(

H3.2TC Tuner C failed was working yesterday no channels my Net Id 00020 for oxford have they changed there frequency for that area. flash my box just the same. Help please

Do a manual scan and see if you can get FTA working i.e. 1 to 5 SD, if you can follow this post http://www.techkings.org/threads/h5-2tc-tuner-isuue.140106/page-3#post-871906
