Had to reflash, now everything is lost

Everything was working great on my box

then I tried to install 'webinterface' off Downloadable plugins and it nearly bricked the box, just kept booting over and over...

so I've had to flash it and everythings gone...I think it had Vix sucmnsee originally....so I'm going to try that later today

absolutely gutted...I'm guessing this gift thing is gone forever too?
 
If you did a settings backup at any stage then you will have probably saved the line details.
If you have reflashed it will have overwritten everything on the internal memory.
