Having issues with USB flashing

Hi all, I am currently attempting to flash my new H2H with sucmnsee's openvix backup. Using a 4Gb USB flash. Formatted to fat32. Unzipped and stuck the Zgemma folder in the root of the drive. Plugged in to the rear port of the H2H and turned it on. The front display alternates between displaying boot then flash. The problem is that 1hr later the process has not finished. Apparently it should take 10-15 minutes. I ended up switching it off, and of course it won't boot at all now.

Any suggestions would be welcomed.

There must be a problem as Box should just say flash and only take about 4 mins try doing a full windows format and try again

Turns out it was the USB pen drive that it did not like. Cooking with gas now. Cheers both.

It was a scan disk 128gb for anyone experiencing similar problems. I'd read 32gb was the largest capacity you could use for flashing, but this worked for me.
