Having Problems

I purchased a zgemma 2s from ebay, set up with a 12month gift, only had it 3 weeks and has been running fine till today, and now I can only get freeview channels.

Have contacted the person I purchased the box from to see if there is a problem with the server, and been told there is no problem with the server, but hasn't given me any help to get the box running again.

Is there any way I can check to see if I have been disconnected.

Try menu/setup/softcam ci/softcam manager, on the highlighted with the tick next to it press ok to stop then ok again to restart. See if that does anything
