Hd channels juddering

I have a slight problem while watching hd channels through my zgemma h2s there seems to be a slight judder in the picture like a lower frame rate but sd channels work fine there is no buffering or freezing and my bb speed is over 30mbs is there a setting on the box or isit a server issue

Alright could you run this test on your computer
Open cmd from startup
Then put this command
Ping www.google.com -t

And then on your box run the hd channels

If you see packet lose on the computer it's a network issue
If not highly likely it's the supplier
