hello,

i have been given a test line to use, i have pasted the test line in to the config file and uploaded it. on the 9991 menu its a green square but i still get scrambled service anyone help

First, just switch off your box and router for about 1 minute
so everything resets.Then reboot them.

Go into the 9991 menu and you should be able to
switch the server status on and off.

See if it connects and disconnects.

If it connects and stays scrambled, try another line from elsewhere

ok rebooted everything and nothing its comes up green to show connected below not on the top line but the bottom as i have used the usb to put the info in

could you pm who u use and if they are good?
