HELP: How do I play the following type of IPTV on my zGemma?

How do I play the following type of IPTV on my zGemma H.2H? The provider has given me the following URL? It plays perfectly fine on my iOS Cloudstream App or VLC (add network stream) on the PC.

http://SERVERNAME:PORT/get.php?username=USERNAME&password=PASSWORD&type=m3u&output=mpegts

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
