HELP !!! login or offline showing

looking for some help, im a newbie to the site so need an idiots guide i bought and recieved a gift from relaible soure for v8 box its been great until 2 days ago when sport ect channels when to scrambled ran a line test came back as online and all well contacted sourse who confirmed all was online and running fine but all i get from even free test lines is login in or of line can anyone help me please ?

Try a full reboot of router and box--if still no good then request a test line in forum.
