Help Majority Of HD Channels Stopped Working

Hi Guys

Haven't been on the forum for a while plus I've had this box for a few years and do not know half the things I can do with it !

Has anyone experienced the HD channels not working? I gave asked my provider and he has advised that this will happen to everyone ?

Anyone help? Having a great Tv without HD isn't good :(
 
Just been flicking through the posts looks like they've gone for good! I suppose there's no way around this
