Can someone please advise if a factory reset would resolve this issue
I got my new zgemma h2s and found out their were loads of ota updates available which I installed. Everything worked fine but when I went to install the latest wooshbuild and found my box now reports as a mut@ant1200 and the update won't install
Luckly I took an image backup of this box prior to installing the ota updates via the menu but this says it's not compatable
Please help - everything works but I can't update :(
