HELP!!! NEED HELP TO SCAN FOR CABLE CHANNELS

HELLO TO EVERYONE

I HAVE LOST MOST OF MY CABLE CHANNELS

CAN ALL YOU FRIENDLY PEOPLE HELP ME? THANK YOU.

IM USING VU+ DUO2 FITTED WITH BOTH SAT AND CABLE TUNERS AND VIX 6.xxx IMAGE (CANT REMEMBER EXACTLY WHAT IMAGE)

I LIVE IN POOLE DORSET UK

I NEED TO CLEAR MY LISTINGS AND RESCAN BUT WHEN I SCAN IT FINDS NO CHANNELS AT ALL (USING CABLE SCAN)

ITS BEEN A FAIR WHILE SINCE IVE SET THE BOX UP AND LIKE A IDIOT IVE COMPLETELY FORGOT HOW TO DO IT

LOOKS TO ME LIKE VM HAVE CHANGED THE NET.IDS AND ALL THE OTHER BITS AND BOBS

Out of curiosity, what is your Net ID number?

You said you are using cable scan. What if you use teh native scanning in enigma2?

Set your tuner to: virgin. Select "pure", "ex cw", "TW" or "all systems" if unsure.

In scanning, select manual and ensure you select "complete". Does this find channels?

No, there is no image that resembles that, check what image/build you are using then people can help you, don't guess, or have a quick stab in the dark, press menu>information>about and let us know the version number, these are the last half dozen vix images for your box, which one is it?
