Help needed with cline

Hi, I can't seem to get a new cline I have to work, I've entered all the details correctly I think but on the 9991 screen it still says under status that I'm disconnected. Is there somewhere I can test the line?
I tried google for a free cline and managed to get that connect but no luck with my paid one??

get back intouch with who you got your line of as that sounds like a server prob

Get a test line from elsewhere and see if it connects

I got it sorted lads thanks. I had to put in a 0 in front of the port number
