help please tearing my hair out

so i got a zgemma 2s today and installed sucmnsee latest openvix image all going ok except i want to know exactly how to ftp my cline/ncline details i have onto the box. i cannot understand how to get a connecton to the box using filezilla and tried going to ftp setup menu on the box but stuck

In FileZilla put IP address of box in top left hand corner and then next box username is 'root' and password is left blank, then click connect,this will connect you to your box
