Help plz, reset router and zgemma h2h and now not working

Hi, that's for taking time to read this and any help would be appreciated, yesterday I reset my router and now my channels ain't working, I've contacted the supplier and he says my box is not connected to the server, I haven't moved or changed the CWS line and my software and bouquets are up to date, any ideas?

are all cables and splitters tightly connected?

Yes mate all connected to the internet, I watched a movie on the e2iplayer today, it was all working yesterday but my channels was freezing so i contacted my supplier and he told me to reset my box and router and since I have it hasn't worked

do you have fta channels in SD? - itv, ch4 and 5 etc?

Yes the fta channels are working and bouquets all up to date

No its saying no ecm info
