HELP recording PLEASE

Hi all just got rid of a vu duo which was very slow needed updating all time got advised vu solo 2 was a good box but how do I watch 1prog and record another got latest vix image on HELP PLEASE CAN I DO THIS HOW

Have you got both tuners set up for Sky? and have you got cables from your dish into both tuners? good place to start. Could do with a little more information, really, as no idea how you're set up.
