Help Required Channels not clearing

Well after over a year of trouble free viewing I woke up this morning to channel screen frozen on zgemma so rebooted
hoping that would sort it but now all I'm getting is fta channels and sly ones just not clearing at all, line shows as active
Have rebooted a view times but still same , have checked cables , rebooted router but still the same .
Any help and advice would be much appreciated .

You said you've been going for over a year. Your line hasn't run out has it. I know you said it looks online, but it seems a bit of a coincidence.

you do say after a Year of trouble free viewing did your line not just run out or was it longer than a year

No mate just renewed few weeks ago actually been with same supplier for well over year..

Have you tried restarting the softcam

Tried that mate but still not clearing , have messaged line supplier also to find out if anything wrong that side..
