So i got a zgemma h2s preloaded for christmas, worked fine UNTIL i tried to update it, 86 updates required. it managed to get thru 46 then froze. afterwards it froze on the boot screen. i managed to reflash with a wooshbuild and it booted up fine, different skin but hey it was working but only with fta channels.
i had made a full backup when i 1st got box but couldnt find it on the hdd.
fast forward 1 hour i found it and reflashed back to what it was like when i 1st had it
the help i require is where or how do i find the info required to keep my non fta channels. im a complete newb to this but would i be right in sayings its a n line or c line something. like i said i know nothing just what ive read tonight.
my aim is to eventually use a different build but retaining my non ftc channels
