Help! Swapped internet providers and open box won't work

Hi, hope I'm on the right forum. My daughters moved from sky to virgin and open box is now dead! Can anyone advise on how to get it up and running again? Many thanks in advance.

Log in to router and switch all firewall (security)off.
Also menu
Network
Ethernet
Ethernet setting
Make sure dchp is turned.

Reeboot router
When internet active reeboot box

Turn off Virgin web safe

you need to log into your virgin account on the web to turn off web safe

No, we did have before the wifi was installed now we can't get anything.

The virgin shouldn't really interfere with the sat signal mate especially on fta.
Nobody messed with coax at back of box not been put in loop by mistake lol

if you cant get fta channels then that would suggest something other than the internet as you don't need internet to get the fta channels
