Help with HDMI-CEC

Looking for the settings please how to set this up properly please from my Hs2 to my TV. Thanks in advance

Perhaps if you tell us what TV you have, someone with the same may be able to help!

My Hisense smart TV, for example, won't work with any H2S HDMI-CEC settings.

Thats annoying, i just came to try and find a solution for a hisense.

See i have hdmi cec working, but only with directions, ok and playback (pause rwind etc) nothing else as no other buttons are recognised.

I was hoping there was a solution

Even in 2019, CEC is still poorly supported by a lot of tv manufacturers - seems to be an afterthought in a lot if cases resulting in it being half baked or bug ridden.

Agree with Rusty. Never got it to work properly on any of my Tv’s or boxes.

It does work perfectly with the shield ive found.

No, your particular TV's implementation of CEC works on your shield - you could plug your shield into 10 other TV's and CEC might work on none of them - that's the point being made :fuckyou:

HDMI CEC works great with my newer Samsung Smart TVs.
