help with kryptview

can anyone tell me what im doing wrong..hav new kryptview a780 box.date on box is 8/1/2013 and software is evolution a780 v4.0.02 and h/w version is v3.0.0.i try tune and it picks up 58 channels but keeps saying ther scrambled.do i need to load new software on box.help pls.

new boxes need to be flashed current date in system info should be 11112012,sticker needs to be removed from rear to plug lan cable in.

cheers m8..can i flash it ethernet cable into laptop and uther end into rs232 plug.

make sure you have a null modem cable
not an rs232 serial cable.

why does lan cable need to be plugged in m8 when im gettting told i need a null modem cable.

You don't need the LAN cable to be plugged in while flashing, only the RS232 null modem serial cable.

You will need the LAN cable plugged in after it has been flashed.

the lan is only used for decryption as without it you will get bad or scrambled.
