Help with userbouquet.favourites.tv from provider - zgemma

I have downloaded userbouquet.favourites.tv from provider. Problem is I'm not sure what to do next. I have asked for help but not heard back yet

I am running zgemma H7c on grogbuild ATV 6.1 on which I already have VM

The provider has a site with a control panel. I can choose device Enigma OE 2.0. Stream output can be HLS, MPEGTS or RTMP. This creates the userbouquet.favourites.tv from provider

I tried copying this over to the box to etc/enigma2 then rebooting. Blue button does nothing though then

I'm thinking this must be straightforward but with no info its difficult. I've searched all over for help. The provider site has an empty help section/knowledgebase

Both, I already have VM. Want to add the IPTV bouquets too

request a putty script of provider? (assuming putty script can be used)

If transferring userbouquet.favourites.tv to box probably best using talnet to put enigma2 to sleep with command
init 4 then transfer and restart box with init 3

Putty can be downloaded at

First open Putty, and in the HostName (or IP address) box enter the enigma2 boxes IP address, and then click the Telnet radio button and click open

And then log in using the word, root

Now type: init 4

Transfer your .tv file to etc/enigma2

Type: init 3

Box should reboot and hopefully you'll have your bouquet.
