I installed the latest app patch onto my 5000s and now all my pay channels have scrambled. Can I get them back or restore to before the patch...please help

if you've updated your box then you need to put your sub line details in to get your channels back

I know I am gonna sound stupid but what is a sub line and how do I do it?

did your box come with the channels already on? if so you need to go speak to whoever you got it from and ask them for the sub line details
