I've added my clines onto my boz through Filezilla Client but still don't get my channels? Complete noob at this so any help appreciated

Can you give us a bit more info:
Are they clines or nlines?
Where have you added them via filezilla?

What image are you using?

They're clines in the etc folder and using vix image? Like I said I'm a complete noob at this

Have you downloaded CCcam 2.3.0 and started it?

The box I bought had CCam pre installed and it's active but only getting the FTA channels

Something is a miss somewhere.
Try restarting the receiver, hold down the standby button for 3 seconds the option restart.
Check you have entered your line details correctly, check there actually in the etc folder again
Restart cam.
Post back if no luck [emoji106]

Tried what you said but no luck, contacted cline seller for a copy of the line and yeah lan connection is showing on

How long have you had your line/lines. Are they test lines or have you purchased them ?

The file that contains your line is a CCcam.cfg file??

Purchased a 12 month gift which came with the box, it was accidently factory reset does this have anything to do with it?

Sounds like you have lost the line or its expired. Get a copy of your line details and try again. If no joy report back here

He's running a C line in the etc folder, there wouldn't be any other files located there.

Your sure you had a C line and not a converted N line beginning with CWS??

Nope it's a C: line just waiting to hear from seller of line to try again, will post if it works or not

The mg_cfg file that's in usr keys is probably from someone's prebuilt image, it's not a problem just leave it alone. When you have your C line details i'm sure you will be up and running in no time [emoji106]
