How Do You Get All The Sky Tv Channels Im STUCK?

i have just purchase Zgemma Star H.2S Twin Tuner FREE TO AIR Sat Receiver , But how do you get all sky tv channel on it i thought it had them already install who can help me please

Hi I'm brand new as well. Box just arrived today! Should I flash the box to Openvix? If so can you direct me to a pre built image with the Sly EPG.
