How long should it take to flash an image on Vu solo 4k?

How long should it take to flash an image on Vu solo 4k? trying to load the latest openatv image and it just says flashing image on the front of the box but dosent seem to be progressing any further?

i would imagine 5-10 mins max as when boxes are flashed they reboot.

are you using a good fat 32 formatted usb stick like kingston 8gb and no other usb devices plugged in?

Cheap USB sticks seeem to be a problem with the 4k.
