As most know, I flit between Malta and UK on a fairly regular basis.
I usually fly Easyjet/Air Malta from Gatwick during the week or on Sundays use Easyjet from Southend where I live about 3/4mile from airport. It's a fair distance to Gatwick and expensive,
Today, Air Malta announced daily flights to Malta for £39 and under, one way from Southend which will also push Easyjet fares down.
So now I can nip to the pub in Malta [2.5hrs flight] in morning and be home in UK before she gets in from work.:
