How to clean up ABM

Hey guys, now that we've lost the SS channels in HD, how do we clean up the bouquets to remove the HD sports?

I don't want to remove all HD channels but the sports still appears in the list even though they've gone?
I've re-flashed, updated config files, deleted boiuquets and done a fresh scan, but they keep appearing!

Any ideas or settings to change?

ABM probably wont remove till all areas are effected then they may do custom regions like they did with Sky UK and Irl. I have a CustomMix here http://www.techkings.org/threads/can-you-just-display-sd-channels.137966/#post-850699 that should swap them with SD.
