it is a good idea to have up to date channel lists installled on your sat box
1. you simply go into tuner config/advanced and type in the longtitude and latitude for each satalite .
2. you must save after putting in the the above info for evrey sat you want.
3 you can easily get the long and lat settings by googleing them
