How to setup an Skybox F5

Hi Guys
as i am new to this whole thing can i get some pointers as to how to set-up the box and where to get channel listings and how to get YouTube working on the box, is there any other app for the box?

read this it is the same setup. no more apps for skybox you get youporn,youtube and weather
