How to Update blade bm7000s to Jan 2012 ?

Im currently on the april 2011 firmware and was looking to upgrade to the jan 2012 firmware, could someone please guide me through te upgrade process because i dont want to brick my box or make a mistake and wreck my box so if anyone who has already upgraded to the newer firmware and would be able to help that would be much appreciated.
