HP ProBook 450 G2 keeps dropping internet conection

Would be great if someone can help as this is realy doing my head in , my HP ProBook 450 G2 keeps dropping internet conection, 4 or 5 times a day
This happens if im hardwired or useing wifi , i know it is now my router as i have a vu2 duo hardwired with a cccam line and that doesnt drop out its 100% fine .
When it drops out it takes 3 to 5 mins then i have internet connection again .

see if you can update your wifi drivers, also check computer for malware

drivers have been checked all upto date also used malwarebytes and did a full scan .

was it like that when you first got the laptop or has it been doing it just recently, I would consider backing up everything you want to keep onto an external hard drive or usb and doing a factory restore

From day one . only had it 3 months or so .. yes i was thinking the same about format .

do the factory restore and if its still doing it then use the warranty you have with it
