I can not download My5 - Iplayer and others okay

Hi Guys. My5 won't download onto my LG telly. Attempted many times fom the LG list. Removed My5 before new download. LG does not seem to allow other ways.

Any suggestions.

What msg do you get or error code when trying to download it?

Assuming you are in the UK from your avatar? If not, try a UK vpn, if so and you are connected to foreign vpn, turn it off.

Have you tried updating the TVs firmware?

For WebOS 5.0 and higher go to [SETTINGS] > [ALL SETTINGS] > [SUPPORT] > [SOFTWARE UPDATE]. For WebOS 3.0 through 4.5, go to [SETTINGS] > [ALL SETTINGS] > [GENERAL] > [ABOUT THIS TV] > [CHECK FOR UPDATES]. If an update is available, select [DOWNLOAD and INSTALL].
