I need help with Technomate receiver and dish

Hi guys,
I am currently living in the UK and I want to get freeview Turkish Channels and I know I can get 90cm dish and receiver pointing to 42.0E Turksat and get a lot of Turkish channels. My question is if i get 1m technomate satellite dish [h=1]1m Technomate Satellite Dish Solid & TM1 High Gain LNB 0.1dB - 97 CM[/h] point it to 42.0E Turksat and Technomate TM-5402 receiver can I get sky sports too with using giftcard? Do i need to point my dish to different direction and use different receiver to be able to get sky sports?

If Sky Sports is broadcasting on 42 east it will be in different language and different program from uk sky sports. also if your using a line to clear channels you will need to get a multicard server otherwise they will not clear. are if your using a card then you will need one to clear 42 east broadcasts.
