Identifying my area code

New to this. Recently bought a Zgemma H1. As part of the AutoBouquetsMaker it asks me for my 5 digit area code. How do I go about finding this? I've cycled through the towns on the list but there is nothing particularly local to me so it is difficult to tell which one I should be using.

I am getting BBC1/2/ITV1/Channel 4 but channel 5 says "Tune failed" so it's difficult to tell if I've picked the right area or not?

the west london i can see is West London/Midlsex TW 40980 539.000 6.952

Tried 40980 but gave me nothing, including BBC1. Tried Bromley and got BBC1 again so maybe that's the area. If you get 1 channel then are you on the correct ID for your area?

5 digit codes are required by the box unfortunately. Played around with different nearby regions and eventually found it to be Lewisham. Not at all obvious though.
