Inconistent Picture Quality - Vix & cccam

I usually get a good picture but when I go to watch a popular sport program (e.g. ashes or premier league game) the picture and sound distorts / goes glitchy, does anyone have any ideas why? is it to do with the card server?

I`m also having the same issue over the last couple of weeks.

Also only on the Sports Channels.

Did ye find a fix? My sports channels bein glitchy lately too.

might need to know what emms you are getting by pressing the ok button twice.
presume good lan cable hard wired.

No not possible where I am to hard wire or use home plugs
not sure what emms are?
all other channels are perfect other than the sports
