hi all I am just after a little info I am with vergin internet 200mb and and sky for my tv I have a zgemma h2s box what are the best options for me

Cable or IPTV.
Cable has all channels at the moment but sports are only in SD.
IPTV has everything in HD but not as stable but it's getting better all the time
