I have a dreambox 800HD pvr with ramiMAHER installed and I am told I need to upgrade python 2.6 to 2.7. I have transfered the .tgz to a usb connected to my box but when I run the python installer it errors out because there is no spare stoage space left on my Dreambox.
I don't know if this is the right route to go down but are there any non critical directories on the box I can delete to salvage space.
I am open to suggestions as to other routes to go down if dir deleting is a bad option.
